Our Brewmasters birth year is 1973 and he believes that this in the greatest year in rock history, so as an homage we brewed one of the greatest beer styles in history.
ØX Taproom, Apollon Platebar and 7 Fjell share a love not only of English beer but also of English rock n roll.
No Quarter reflects both our stubborn commitment to brew beer styles we love and as a tribute to one of 1973’s greatest tracks from Led Zeppelin.
Complex yet super drinkable, No Quarter is full bodied yet crisp. Norwegian special malts deliver a deep copper colour, gentle caramel tones with biscuity, bready and nutty notes – all expertly balanced against an aromatic herbal bitterness.
