At 7 Fjell we are inspired by the techniques and ingredients used in England in the 18th and 19th centuries. We use this inspiration to think new and push boundaries. Our focus is pure flavors, and we are always looking for the innovative and extreme. However, keep in mind that beer, in its essence, is a social drink.
