Yeast:
Yeast 1728, fresh slurry

Mash:
67 °C, 60 min.
Conducted a double mash, no sparge.

Boil:
Until correct gravity (longest brewery ever…). Hopping schedule started 60 min before end of boil.

Fermentation:
20 °C, 10-14 days.

Storage
Preferably at least one year before consumption.
