7 FJELL – CRAVINGS BRUT IPA

Cravings – Addictive Brut IPA er en knusktørr øl med lav bitterhet, og en moderat, men tydelig humleprofil. Ølstilen Brut IPA er en form for motvekt mot de søte og uklare IPA-variantene som har dominert trendbildet de siste årene, og er lett inspirert av Champagne. Dette ølet egner seg like godt som tørsteslukker som det gjør som aperitif. Cravings er tørrhumlet med Amarillo og Nelson Sauvin, som gir ølet et fruktig og floralt preg, med lette vinøse noter.

 

Cravings – A powerfull and strong desire for a substance.

This is a bone-dry IPA, hence the “Brut”. The malt bill has been stripped of all folley, to allow the modest, but quite present dry hop additions of Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin to shine with all their might. If you notice any onset of symptoms of abnormal brain adaptions resulting from addictions – aka “Cravings” – Let us know, and we’ll tell you about the joys of a moderate alcohol consumption.
