After the mas is finished. it is transferred to the later tun. All the sweet wort is drawn off and sent to the boil kettle. The grains are mixed with all the needed sparge water. After recirculation to achieve a clear wort,
the sweet wort is again run to the boil kettle. No additional sparging is done.
