Cola, tonka bean, pistachio and hazel nut extracts to taste at bottling.

Yeast:

Wyeast 1728, fresh slurry

Mash:

68 °C, 60 min.

Boil:

60 min.

Fermentation:

Pitch at 18 °C
Ferment at 20 °C for 10-14 days.
